Established in 2008, Block 15 Brewing aims to elevate excellence in the craft beer and beverage experience, measured by endless passion, curiosity, and drive for accessible brilliance. Their family includes a Downtown Corvallis Brewpub, South Corvallis Production Brewery, Winery, and Tap Room, Caves Restaurant, and craft distribution through the Pacific NW. Block 15 produces a range of artfully crafted beers, brewed with a nod toward fresh ingredients and fresh thinking.
